ZXF-100YC Fully automatic Tube filling& Sealing Machine
The main engine of ZXF-100YC automatic hose filling and sealing machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation.
The Swiss hot air generator ensures a stable heat source for the hot melt of the hose tail.
The annular heater heats the inner wall of the tail of the hose, and the external annular cooling water jacket cools the outer wall, so that the tail is heated evenly. The inner wall is tightly sealed, and the appearance is clear and beautiful. Equipped with a high-precision driver and a stepping motor (high benchmarking requires a feeding motor) to ensure the correct position of the graphics and text.

It is used for packaging production lines in medicine (chilblain cream), food (mustard), cosmetics (essence), skin care products (hand cream), daily chemicals (lubricants) and other industries
